Position: Recruitment Consultant - Freight & Logistics (UK and USA) Location: Bristol Salary: Competitive salary with uncapped commission structure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a diverse range of roles within the Freight & Logistics sector, including but not limited to: shipping, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in both the UK and USA, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, and industry events, to attract top talent from both markets and build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and best practices within the Freight & Logistics sector in both the UK and USA to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Freight & Logistics sector preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates across different cultures and regions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively across different time zones.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service on an international scale.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement, with a willingness to adapt to different market conditions and client needs in both the UK and USA.
