Responsibilities: 1. Lead engineering team in determining equipment configurations and changes needed to fulfill customer's requirements for equipment. 2.

Develop efficient, cost-effective technical design of both equipment and controls that meet customer's business and technical objectives. 3. Build knowledge base across all engineers for products. 4. Generate and maintain engineering best practices and standard operating procedures. 5.

Participate in product development. 6. Serve as an internal resource on product issues, representing the customer's needs. 7. Interface with customers on engineering matters and propose improvements and solutions. 8.

Manage the engineering team, providing leadership, training, and creating departmental best practices. 9. As a working manager, you will be expected to contribute daily to the engineering projects in one of the fields of controls engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or applications engineering. Qualifications: Education - 1.

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience and demonstrated performance. Experience - 1. Engineering experience in desiccant dehumidification highly preferred. 2. Comprehensive understanding of psychometrics and the properties of air highly preferred. 3.

Prior design experience, preferably with a custom engineered product. 4. Previous selection, sizing, and design of various system components 5. A demonstrated working knowledge of HVAC equipment operation and design practices.

In time, a thorough knowledge of the company's products, equipment capabilities and engineering disciplines can be demonstrated. 6. An ability to communicate messages and technical information in both verbal and written formats; effectively instructing or persuading; making effective presentations. Capabilities - 1.
