Methodist Fremont Health is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine Physicians to join the team at Methodist Fremont Medical Center in Fremont, NE.
Highlights Include
- See 20-30 patients per day, depending on practice style
- Office located adjacent to Methodist Fremont Health Medical Center, plus multiple outreach locations
- 24 exam rooms, procedure rooms, X-ray, and basic lab on site
- Outpatient practice with the option of providing hospitalist coverage
- Each physician has their own MA or LPN
- Acute, chronic, preventive, and work-related care
- EMR is Cerner
- 1:6 practice call
- Patient-Centered Medical Home designation through NCQA and participating in the CPC+ program
Physician Employment Agreement
- Employed by Methodist Physicians Clinic
- Contract Term of 2 years with auto-renewal for additional 1-year terms
