Family Medicine Physician Needed in

Park Rapids, Minnesota!

CHI St. Joseph's Health of Park Rapids is expanding their Family Medicine team in a community with a great and growing need! We are an award-winning, 25-bed critical access hospital located in the heart of lake country.

Details of the position:

• Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model and shares our vision to create healthier communities
• Focused on outpatient treatment plans and follow-ups
• Ultrasound, NST's, colposcopy done in office
• Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Requirements:

• Must be BE/BC in Family Medicine
• Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug and Enforcement Agency ("DEA") registration
• Obtain and maintain an unrestricted license to practice in Minnesota
