Psychiatrist - Outpatient Adult Behavioral Health

Do you have what it takes to put your heart and soul into everything that you do? Merakey is looking for a Psychiatrist to support our outpatient Mental Health program in Harrisburg, PA.

The Psychiatrist will conduct evaluations for newly admitted consumers, and annual re-evaluations in on-going cases. They will be the clinical leader and work in conjunction with other clinic staff to assure highest quality of care to the consumers on their caseload.

Schedule: Up to 16 hours per week on site in Harrisburg.

Work as a part time employed Physician or 1099 contractor.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Psychiatrist with an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license.
• Board certified or board eligible in ?psychiatry
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines, including clinical and clerical staff.
• Expert assessment, diagnostic, and psychopharmacological treatment skills.
• Professional credentials should be current as dictated by the State licensing standards and Professional Licensing Board.
