Exhibition Sales Manager
An exciting opportunity for a hungry sales professional has arisen to join a dynamic, fast thinking global events company. The key focus of this position is to sell exhibition space, advertising and sponsorship within a brand.
As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you will strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Key responsibilities include:
- Telephone calls to pitch the event to prospects
- Well written and concise emails
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Lead Generation
- Client Management and Customer Service
- Understand the needs of your business customers
- Research the market and related products
- Gather market and customer information
- Fully immerse yourself into the silicone industry
- Managing the pipeline
- Visiting relevant events globally
- Event management when necessary
- Liaise with the marketing team when required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM Systems
- Confident ability on the phone
- A tenacious approach to winning new business
- Comfortable face to face with prospects
- Valid Passport
- A desire to be part of a high performing team
- Have a let s get this done attitude
